UK Standard Delivery - £3.95
Lead Times - We aim to fulfil your order within 2-3 working days and will then ship your items. Please be aware that this can increase slightly during particularly busy periods. If you require your items quicker please contact us and we will endeavour to help, in most instances we will be able to offer a same day service.
All items are sent by Royal Mail - a tracking number will be provided in an email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note, due to the current Covid-19 situation we have been advised that Royal Mail are experiencing exceptional demand for their services, so items may take longer to arrive with you than under normal circumstances and you will not be required to sign for the package - your lovely postie will most likely knock on your door when they deliver to let you know to check your doorstep.
Local Delivery - Free
We are happy to do a contactless doorstep drop delivery for addresses within a 5 mile radius of Harrogate. Please do contact us if you are slightly further afield and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are currently doing contactless doorstep drop deliveries daily (depending on demand and areas) so your order should arrive within a couple of days. If you need an order by a specific day, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get it to you in time. The timings of deliveries will vary and you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text when the doorstep drop has been completed so please keep an eye out for that and check your doorstep!
Click & Collect - Free
We will let you know when your order is ready to collect by sending you the shipping confirmation email/text. Please bring a copy of your email order confirmation when you come to collect. In accordance with current Government guidelines, our shop will be closed from the 5th November. Although you won’t be able to enter the shop to collect your order, we will have a system in place for you to be able to pick up in a safe way.
International Shipping – quoted per order
We ship all round the world. Due to Covid 19 we are experiencing longer lead times at the moment, for shipping advice or alternative options please do not hesitate to contact us.
Firstly we are incredibly sorry that you have bought something that you either don’t like or is damaged. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us of what products you would like to return. Please tell us of your order number when doing so. We will provide you an information email in return which we would ask you to print off and return with the goods.
Please return goods in their original packaging and within 30 days of receiving your goods. If the goods are simply unwanted the cost of returning the goods is at the expense of the customer. If the products are faulty, please see below.

We recommend that you return the goods via the Royal Mail using a tracked service. Please keep proof of postage, receipt and tracking number. If we don’t receive the return we can’t refund your order.
As well as the refund for the goods, we will also refund the postal cost, we will get this figure from the postal information on the packaging the goods are sent in.
Your refund will be issued within 10 working days of us receiving the goods.
If it is a personalised product that you are wanting to return, unless damaged in transit or misspelt by us I’m sorry but we cannot refund these items. If damaged or misspelt please follow the guidelines above.
If there is a misspelling that is the fault of the customer. With apologies there is nothing we can do regarding this. To replace the product it would have to be a new order.
